What is iRest?

A modern adaptation of an ancient meditation practice, iRest is a proven, evidence-based practice that helps you restore balance and increase your ability to cope with what life throws your way.  A simple practice that anyone can do; simply find a comfortable position to rest in and be guided step-by-step through the meditation. 

iRest Yoga Nidra is taught in groups, individually or can be experienced via recordings that you can listen to in your own time.  Learn to relax deeply and learn simple, yet powerful tools you can use in your day-to-day life to elevate your well-being, and foster resilience and acceptance.  Discover more restful sleep, deeper sense of calm, reduced stress and much more.
