Home Practice Sequences

practices to try at home

Having a home yoga practice can seem a little daunting but it can actually be a lot of fun and bring you joy. It doesn’t need to be complicated or fancy. In fact, keeping it simple can take the pressure off and make it easier to roll out that mat. Once you find your rhythm, you will probably find you are more curious about deepening your practice, exploring new poses and learning more about the beauty of the philosophy of yoga.

There are many online platforms where you can access free and paid yoga, both live and recorded. You will also find podcasts and audio files which walk you through physical postures, meditation and breathwork. Below, I am offering downloadable pdf sequences of some of my classes and flows, favourites of both my clients and myself. This library will added to, so please keep checking in to see what’s new.

Your home practice is an invitation to come home and meet yourself in the moment with loving-kindness and compassion.
