This class invites all participants, regardless of their experience, to explore the power of breath and sensation. Alongside the physical postures, the classes incorporate moments for breathwork, meditation and relaxation. Everyone, regardless of body type or ability, is warmly welcomed to participate.

Explore key foundational yoga poses, take the time to break them down and tease them out; understand the fundamentals of alignment, foundation, breath, body awareness, dive into the 8 limbs of yoga and discover how to make the practice your own. As we explore movement & breath, and connect with deep relaxation for both body and mind, we will work together to build a healthy and safe practice.

Classes will build over the duration of the term and work closely with the individuals in the room. The unhurried rhythm allows for the opportunity to ‘workshop’ poses, ask questions and move at a level that is comfortable for you.

Breathe & Flow is a gorgeous class for regulating the nervous system, finding ease in your body and broadening your understanding of yoga.

It is important to note that we do sit on the floor, kneel and move on the hands and knees, we lay on our front and on our back. I do my very best to offer support and alternatives to suit the individuals in the room.
